Those who do not have access to internet and require assistance completing the online booking form may call 604-527-4856 and request a call back in English or another language. Please be patient as call backs can take 1-2 business days.
WE DO NOT PROVIDE COVID-19 TESTING FOR TRAVEL PURPOSES

Testing is limited to those:
-
with COVID-19 symptoms
-
who are part of a Public Health investigation (have been contacted to go for testing)
-
who have a physician referral*
-
who require a test before a surgery or procedure*
*Please bring relevant paperwork with you.
Please contact your family physician/nurse practitioner or dial 8-1-1 if you are unsure if you qualify for testing.
Those who qualify for testing may book an appointment on our secure booking page.
This is a drive-thru primary site. If you have access to a vehicle we ask that you drive in. If you do not have access to a vehicle, you are welcome to the site during select appointment times.
Hours of Operation:

12 PM - 6 PM for vehicle appointments.

12 PM - 4:30 PM for pedestrian appointments.

Vehicle visitors: PLEASE DO NOT LINE UP ON BOUNDARY ROAD PRIOR TO 12 PM. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE AND COME BACK AT 12 PM or AT YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME.
Address: 6110 Boundary Road (at 46th Avenue, enter via right turn heading Northbound on Boundary)
All patients must be processed by 6 PM; gates will close accordingly. Please be patient with our staff. We ask that you do not line-up on Boundary outside of the gates.

Please bring your BC Services Card (CareCard), photo ID and your family physician’s information, if applicable. If you are not eligible for coverage under the BC Medical Services Plan (MSP), you will still be tested if you qualify (see above for who qualifies).
